Wednesday 7th November

Had a lovely drive up the coast north of Brisbane today to a great seafood restaurant where the size of the seafood platter has to be seen to be believed - hence the picture! I managed to also squeeze in a game of footy on the telly at 6 a.m. this morning but that was mainly due to wanting to see Man City get beat - which they almost did.  A day in downtown Brisbane is scheduled for tomorrow, followed by a farewell dinner with our generous hosts, before we re pack and head off to Townsville first thing Friday.
